I was lucky...I volunteered at my peds sports med PT where I rehabbed after knee surgery as a teen. Then in college my dad found a personal trainer w/#Rheumatoid #Arthritis himself. #ArthritisIsSerious

I started working out at a gym 2 years ago on the Treadmill. Found putting it on a slight incline made it more comfortable for my Osteo & Rheumatoid knee. #ArthritisIsSerious

I'm a walker. If I do too much - even standing too long, shopping, gardening - my knees swell and get very hot. Then getting out of bed the next day is difficult. But my #Arthritis is #Inflammatory, #Autoimmune, + not well-controlled, so it's a bit different. #ArthritisisSerious
