@anetto Great question/comment. When walking and standing got to be too much for my knee #osteoarthritis I started indoor cycling. It served my inner athlete and got me ready for my knee replacement. So much of physical activity and arthritis is about "hacking". #ArthritisIsSerious

@anetto Also, I was so amazed by how much and how hard I could both indoor cycle + ride my bike outside yet I was in horrible pain just walking a block. We are all "snowflakes" as patients and we should keep working w our specialists to find the best way 2 B active! #ArthritisIsSerious
