T1- What’s authentic collaboration? Well I’d start that all parties have to actually be acting authentically, that transparency and another parts of authenticity can’t be a buzz word. Then collaboration has to be a genuine goal of all parties. #hcldr

T1 To me the key is the "authentic" part. You can collaborate with words, but authentic collaborations means action, means results, means actually caring about the outcome of the project together. That's how I'd define it. #hcldr

T4. #hcldr Sometimes an imbalance is ok in a collaboration and doesn't need fixed. If I find myself doing all the work in the collab, I typically will choose others to collab with in the future knowing that I dont want to be doing all the work.
