@LAlupusLady T1 The tracking of symptoms is interesting. I wish more PGD can make it's way into EHRs. For now it is at least helping pts chart their own days/weeks. #HITsm

T1: IMO, anything that helps track and consolidate this information for me is a win and something I'll use. I especially love when apps will integrate together. Ex: Fitbit & MyFitnessPal. Also noticed Fitbit added Women's Health measures in their app recently! #HITsm

A1(pt 2)- it's a huge help to those with chronic illness as it keeps their (sometimes many) symptoms, side effects, medications (old and new), and all other info regarding their disease together in a uniform way. Imagine having to repeat all of that for every single doc? #hitsm

@UsabilityPeople Agreed - but I think that Apple lead in both User Interface and User Experience Design. That critical info-architecture piece is probably missing in this case, but I think that piece involves working more deeply with the #EMR vendors. #HITsm
