It would've been nice to not have to check into my own "room" in the ER to get an xray done. Would've preferred to stay in my wife's room while I waited. Separation while waiting for a CT of her head to come back = not ideal. #HITsm

I hack this since I work in healthcare and have a decent number of doctor friends. I always think about how I can leverage that to avoid a visit however possible. I think that probably says something. #HITsm

T1: To be honest, better communication of what's being asked of me. They basically asked me to do something I've never done before and didn't bother to explain why, just said have a nice day. I had to ask the nurse who told me that it's normal. #HITsm

@savvy_coop I understood WHY they moved me to my own room - because billing/workflow etc. The system isn't set up for that kind of thing. Still - it increased the stress level of all of us. I've never seen my resting BP so high! (That might've been the accident, though...heh) #HITsm

T1 It was a primary care follow-up to an emergency care visit. If I were able to book it sooner than a full month following the incident, I'd have felt more assured in what my doctor was assessing. We need expedited lines to care. #HITsm

I couldn’t get into my current health system for a certain test, so had to go elsewhere. Naturally my records didn’t transfer but the new team was great to actually listen to me and read the records I had on my phone. They clinic was old and yucky tho, they were great #hitsm

I love the work we're doing @CareCognitics to provide casino loyalty like VIP experiences to patients. Figuring out how to do that at scale and get the doctors paid for it is challenging, but it's been amazing to see how patients respond when you do it right. #HITsm
