#LamazeChat A2: It's also nice to have someone to share the joys with and also the "this sucks" days. I always make sure my clients know they can say whatever they need to, even if it's not "socially correct." I'm their safe place.

#LamazeChat A3: I empower partners during class when they hear what she likes or doesn't like. I often ask "what does she like or not like when she is sick." They usually respond correctly and I'll reply, "see, you're already doing it!"
