| Woof @narcoleptic64 A3. I have other diagnoses, but they aren't rare. they can all sort of combine into a huge monster of an issue so sometimes I don't know which way is up, even with meds+therapy. it makes school and everything in general really hard #nchat |

| Woof @narcoleptic64 @SleepyistMike I'm able to stay awake about half of my time existing!! unfortunately I'm always dissociated so it doesn't do much in the way of brain fog and everything but hey, any bit of symptom relief is welcome :) I'm going to try learning to drive again soon #nchat |

I can't take regular buses in case I get too disoriented or too fatigued waiting since bus times are only suggestions to them #nchat |

| Mike Heil @SleepyistMike A4. I would say " imagine the worst day of your life" " now imagine the most sleep deprived you have ever been" That's pretty how I feel every day. So please patient with me and I will do the same to you. #nchat |
| Woof @narcoleptic64 @SleepyistMike that really blows. ADA paratransit is a curb-to-curb service and my pickup window is 20 minutes, which is manageable for my N. Still long bus ride, more expensive than the bus for abled/less disabled people, but needed a way to get around! #nchat |
