However, my program director generously told me, "There are times you can't top your most recent year. So, if you make an effort to work on certain things, that's good enough." #otalk |

Pulling off a TEDx event (as an item for my "contribution to the profession") is probably one of the most unique and toughest things that anybody from that uni has done from a faculty standpoint. #otalk |

It is maddeningly difficult. So, this year- I just use a different item... "event consultant for another local TEDx event". It fits because I volunteer to help the event in 1+ ways. #otalk |

Great to have for each standard particularly if wanting to have a focus e.g documentation. (In the USA, there is an issue with supply/demand of placement sites.) They have the up-to-date knowledge on these things.
