People with PMLD will typically have multiple physical, sensory and cognitive impairments, #otalk they are likely to experience epilepsy and a variety of other challenges to their involvement and engagement with life.

People with PMLD are at increased risk of mental health difficulties #otalk basically the research shows the more disabled you are the more vulnerable you are to mental ill health and the less likely you are to have it recognised as a mental health issue.

@jo3grace Ultimately it's up to me to make sure that equality is what happens. It's certainly easier to prioritise people who are louder or more 'visible', but I try to make a conscious effort every week to make sure that quiet and 'easy' people are given their time and thought too #OTalk
