We are working to build this into practice to ensure it is a professional responsibility. #OTalk |

There is a close simile, but a mentoring/coaching approach can be used within supervision to effect change and growth #OTalk |

| Teresa Buchan @teresa_buchan @margaretOT360 I don't use any particular model for supervision. Our policy has guidance for structure but this is flexible to allow for individuals to explore. Supervision is a conversation to allow for reflection, learning and growth and this cannot be forced in any framework. #OTalk |

I think some students can benefit from developing fundamentals in a setting first from an OT practitioner before progressing to not necessarily getting supervised by one. #otalk |
