A2: I'm slowly learning that some tasks (like interviewing people for my podcast) *give* me energy, while some tasks (like editing the transcripts) *drain* my energy. So I try to prioritize different kinds of tasks based on the kind of energy I have that day. #WEGOHealthChat

@wegohealth A2: I try to limit the number of priority items I put on each day's to-do list. Otherwise, I would be staring down a list of 50 things and never getting anything done. Always trying to include the important/not urgent items as well as the important/urgent ones. #WEGOHealthChat

@wegohealth 1. Oh yes. Unfortunately I have learned the hard way, after being downgraded to terminally ill, I had to slow down. But I realized that I needed to work smarter not harder. I have really cut down many things and concentrated on Sarcoidosis. #WEGOHealthChat

A3: First, if it's a good fit for me & I'm a good fit for it. Second, I way time/money/energy needs, and if I think it makes sense given those. For instance, I'd love to go to tons of conferences, but time off from work & money make that tricky right now. #wegohealthchat
