 | Lea π @LeaBasra @WeNurses We have 2 christmas trees on the hospice ward day unit has a tree there is lights round the hpsice building and a tree on the lawn near the entrance to the hospice. We try to make it as extra special as for most of my patients it could be their last xmas #WeNurses |

But pts who are too unwell to go home their family can order a xmas dinner and spend it at the hospice with their relative. All pts get a small gift from the ward and staff get provided with a buffet #WeNurses |
| Lea π @LeaBasra @WeNurses Internet shopping is a must for most xmas shopping. Its difficult to balance time. But i just get on with it as these weeks of xmas business is over quick and youβll soon have time for RnR in january when nothing is going on #WeNurses |
| Lea π @LeaBasra @WeNurses I always try and remember that christmas doesnt just have to be on one day. Ive had xmas family dinner a week before 25th all the trimmings and crackers as i had to work xmas day. Maybe i will think different when i have kids π€#WeNurses |

| Lea π @LeaBasra @WeNurses Cherish the time you get with family and patients. Christmas is about making memories and spreading joy to those we come into contact with. Most of us are lucky to enjoy this time. For many people xmas is a sad reminder of the hard times they are facing #WeNurses |
