This AACR Special Conference will discuss the causes of the increase in early onset cancers, including risk factors, detection, early life exposures, and other potentially modifiable factors; current research on the mechanisms of early onset cancers, including obesity and inflammation; and areas of need in the translation of epidemiological and mechanistic observations to interventions.
