Abby @Abby_Moschell
Q1. I usually go every three months for them to give me no help. This year has been hard to get in when they suggest because I am busy #dsma

A1 - when I was going to #endocrinologist - they made me come every 3 months or they wouldn't fill my scripts. Held hostage to get my meds. Now have a Family doc - see him twice a year or if I need something. A1c 4 x a year #DSMA
Diabetes Social Media Advocacy @DiabetesSocMed
@JanJava Indeed! Medicare is covering hours for type 2 diabetes prevention (yay). Not so generous with education coverage for those Dx. #dsma
Edel @edlpace

@DiabetesSocMed That makes sense. I don't find there is anything to change in 3 months after 27 years & my numbers are good. With Meaningful Use providers get bonus money/incentives for submitting data on their patients. I think it makes them more likely to want to see you every 3 mts. #dsma
