@DiabetesSocMed A3 Uncountable. I ate a large packet of Kettle Potato Chips (175g, about 85 grams of carb) last night combined with a whisky cocktail (a story in itself). I topped out at 10 (180) and went down to 3.5 (65). Working through the steps that made that happen :) #dsma
