| Richard Burkimsher @rburkimsher Re Q2 there was a time when my CCG was trying to encourage GPs to switch to glucorx needles which are cheaper (we have a computer prompt system called scriptswitch). Does changing the brand of needles cause a problem? some patients were not happy others didn’t seem to mind #gbdoc |

| Richard Burkimsher @rburkimsher Q4 one of the benefits of pump for me is less trouble with lipos and variable insulin absorption. I do get some minor skin reaction to omnipod though but put up with it for other benefits! For MDI 4mm needles, change each time and rotating sites helped #gbdoc |
