@obsmchat I think it is important to do a 24 hour food recall with all patients, as well as a "typical" day, which includes time the individual wakes up, time they eat throughout the day, time they go to sleep etc. This will give us a lot of insight. #obsm

Many post #bariatricsurgery come to realize deeper issues were at play with their eating. I know I blamed a lot of stuff on my weight and when the weight was not as much a factor, I was forced to face those underlying causes & do some work above the neck #OBSM
