Joint 44th PHAA Annual Conference and 20th Chronic Diseases Network Conference

The conference will present the fields of both public health and chronic conditions. The theme will be supported by a number of complementary streams, each with a strong focus on building capacities for improving health outcomes with a focus on contemporary health initiatives, health policy, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, leadership, workforce, tools/applications and resources.
