| Louise Levitt @LouiseWann @UKMedLibs @walkyouhome Not necessarily. Users will often rate a resource as being ‘very useful’ but actual usage might be low if they don’t have the opportunity to use it. Hope that makes sense! #ukmedlibs |
| UKMedLibs @UKMedLibs @walkyouhome Some may go directly to the users, but you’re more likely to gain understanding from looking at the organisation & what’s happening there. Most LKS survey all users annually rather than one specific group. Complex NHS! #ukmedlibs |
