Wake Forest Geriatrics Principle For Specialists World 2 Hackathon

Competition to improve advanced care planning. Individuals will form 10 teams that will each “pitch” their project idea. 5 ideas will be selected for refinement during the retreat. At weekend’s close, 2 projects will be chosen for implementation at the Medical Center in the following year. Disciplines include: geri, surgical specialties, nursing, chaplaincy, and social work/case management.
