The goal of this hashtag, and the weekly Tweetchat I moderate, is to change the conversations that we have in our families and communities about end of life issues. This is a tough topic, and it often raises a fair amount of fear. However, what we’re learning is that when we talk about what scares us, we’re better able to face it. Ultimately, our goal is to contribute to more and better conversations about end of life wishes long before families are facing a health crisis.
