Society for Medical Decision Making: Bench, Bedside and Beyond: Medical Decision Making and Public Policy

Meeting agenda includes four symposia, original research presented in both oral and poster format, and short courses. Through these sessions, symposia and short courses, attendees will gain an understanding of a wide range of contemporary issues and research methods at the interface of medical decision making and public policy. The mission of SMDM is to improve health outcomes through the advancement of proactive systematic approaches to clinical decision making and policy-formation in health care by providing a scholarly forum that connects and educates researchers, providers, policy-makers, and the public.
