16th International Congress on Infectious Diseases

The ICID meeting will encompass all of the fields in infectious diseases with particular attention being paid to the major infectious causes of death in Africa and elsewhere, which include AIDS, malaria, TB, pneumonia and enteric infections including typhoid fever and diarrhea. Antimicrobial stewardship and how to use social media will be presented. The Federation of Infectious Diseases Societies of Southern Africa (FIDSSA) will host the meeting in Cape Town South Africa, April 2-5, 2014.
