Medical Oncology is one of the first disciplines in Canada moving to a competency-based model of education as part of the Royal College's Competence by Design (CBD) initiative. Through a series of workshops, Med. Onc. & the Royal College will work together to this stage, to create and integrate specialty-specific milestones, EPAs, competency-based training standards and assessment practices.
