@BTSMchat T1-.2: and as an aside, I went to the gym lifting weight 3x week for a solid year, training. Non-gym days were running days or rest. But most of my year I achieved fitness goals. My deadlift & squats are solid. Weight loss? Not so much. But I feel great! #BTSM

@BTSMchat we just haven’t made much progress. Over the last 2y in #gbm, checkmate 143, 498, 548 were neg. Abbvie’s #ABT414 was neg. Toca511 was disappointing. For GBM, trials are scarce right now. Quick search of active interventional ph 2 or 3 trials in US = 80 trials, but...1/2 #btsm
