Hello. Happy to be here. My son was diagnosed 20 years ago at age 11 with a pylocytic astrocytoma. It was undiagnosed for 3 years, then grossly misdiagnosed for several months. It was a long and difficult recovery, but now at age 31, he's doing great! #BTSM

@BethanyKwan @BTSMchat I keep putting the thought aside, figuring it’s not time to deal with QoL because although my diagnosis is terminal— I’m “fine.” But after I lost my mom quickly to cancer (not brain), I realize QoL isn’t something to be sad about. It’s practical thoughts. #btsm
