T1: Pre-habilitation is exercise and physical therapy before a surgery, if I recall correctly. I do believe it is important to go into an operation as physically strong as possible for a good recovery. #GYNCSM

T3 Cancer rehab was not around when I was dx almost 15 years ago. So glad to see it is becoming an important part of a cancer treatment plan. #gyncsm
