T1: there are some tricky cases where we look at a tumor for it's somatic mutations and accidentally find hereditary (germline) changes -- since those are in all of the cells, often including the tumor. It can get complicated! #gyncsm

T2: Up to 10-20% of ovarian cancer is hereditary. But that also means a lot isn't. There are several genes beyond BRCA and then within each gene there are sub-thing-ys... #gyncsm
