@gyncsm T3: this is my wheelhouse! Pain can change. There is no evidence supporting trigger points as a target of treatment. Pain is protective and does not mean the tissue has an issue. Non-painful sensory integration can inhibit and eliminate a pain response. #gyncsm

T3 I had pain and bowel issues after my two pelvic/abdominal surgeries and needed to change my diet to include more fiber . #gyncsm

T3: Seems like several specialists are involved in overall pelvic health - gynecologist, gastroenterologist, urologist, GI docs and there is even a urogynecologist. Seems like patients would need navigation related to their particular symptoms. #gyncsm
