In my 12+ yrs as a #ovca survivor I've seen quicker communication about test results and more of two sided discussion of next steps in care. #gyncsm

T1 In my sector I've seen advancements in innovation for communication. Patient buy-in seems better. Transparency in communication seems worse #gyncsm
