@hcldr T4 #hcldr can not remove bias and stigma except through setting a personal example. When I had a bad skin infection (turned out to be DHerpetiformis), one of the deans saw me at a meeting, came over, embraced me, and gave me a peck on the cheek. Set an example. Set a standard.
