@jimlopez875 @endocrine_witch @_DocDen College too. Read it for fun. It unnerved me. But it also made me realize the power of language. Will there be still freedom if we remove freedom from the dictionary? Argh, Newspeak still give me the chills. #healthxph

T3 #HealthXPH This one I learned from various sources; a friend and some virtual mentors: Share your library! Give your own books away! Tell them what made you share it with them. Get multiples of your favorites (new or Booksale is ok) and gift them!
Harry Trinidad, MD @sirdoc
Exchange books with each other. Learn something new about your friend from the books s/he reads. I’ve shared a few of my library before. Plan to reduce my #tsundoku to a few people who I think might love some titles I haven’t gotten to. #HealthXPH

Better access to quality books. Side note: my mother as a DepEd learning resource supervisor in our hometown had to fight tooth and nail with principals and supervisors so that each public school will have their own little libraries. It's a start. #HealthXPh

Make reading cool in the home 😊 The little ones should first be intoduced to books before gadgets. Reading at bedtime, for example, teaches them about language, enhances their imagination, and tells them that mommy and daddy love them 🥰 #HealthXPh

@StephMiaco Here's a non-quote: let people enjoy their books. I used to look down on "romance books" and YA stuff (aside from HP of course 😅). But I was made to realize that people who are just getting into reading should definitely be encouraged love reading in their own way. #HealthXPH
