T1: I believe we live at about a 7, but there are efforts to make it more horizontal, which I’m in favor of. There is a culture of formality here, & I’m an East Coast transplant to the Midwest. I think that breaking barriers, while preserving mutual respect, is a good thing #jacr

@VivekKaliaMD The most impressive management story I every heard of was about a manager who constantly gave credit where due, praised staff for their achievements, told everyone that he would be nothing w/o the talents of his staff. He was adored. #JACR
