@EdNavigation @UnderstoodOrg Funding for schools is becoming extremely low & it forces school districts to cut jobs. As a Special Education teacher I would have 14-18 students with IEPs with a variety of needs in just K-1st grade. There is very little training/support to manage IEPs #ldchat
