@GeorgiaVineOT A few minutes ago, I retweeted a thread about autistics and telephone calls. I am able to handle them just fine now, including teleconference calls. That said, this format is hard for some autistic OT’s to get involved in our profession. #otalk

Has a huge influence, I have a level of insight and understanding, that others without a disability may not have, I.e. its impact on my daily occupations, and how to combat these. #otalk i’ve also had poor experiences, including poor #OT, so I’m aware of how this feels.

It has been difficult for service users in most Africa countries. 1.Due to insufficient service provider: When there are no enough service providers (health sector) it's very risky for us . Imagine where an OT has to attend to dozens of clients. @GeorgiaVineOT #OTalk
