They do not necessarily have an attachment to the place of work so they could generate new ideas about service improvements and potential ways to utilise space/resources that might not have been thought about 💡#OTalk |

By the end I knew exactly how much I didn't know but have a plan to get me back to a band 6 paeds job! #OTalk |

| Rachel Payne @RachieRuu My current placement is in low secure forensics, and so my educator being aware of the setting, and supporting my safety has been so essential in my learning! It's made me feel safe, and looked after in a setting where there is a lot of risk. #otalk |
