@beckycooper___ Its not always easy at first but it definitely helps with learning. Plus it doesn't need to be done formally. Some of my most useful times of reflection as a student were a debrief in the car with my educator after a visit. #OTalk

@BethanyChitty @OTalk_ I think my best learning was the educator who pushed me and challenged me in front of patients. I trusted her and I knew she had my back so I could take risks. Some aid off, some could have been better which provided lots of learning #OTalk

#otalk Good evening! Amy here :)- I’m on placement right now and definitely think that seeing placement as an ‘opportunity’ rather than something you ‘have to pass’ helps. I try to squeeze as much out of my placement opportunities so I can learn more!
