| Dr Gemma Wells @GemmaOTPhD @OTalk_ @_allisulli Indeed it has - I think there is less pressure felt in the interview because they have been able to think about what they will discuss in advance and it is easier to speak when you focus on the image and not eye contact #OTalk |
