Susan Griffiths @SusanGriffiths5
Welcome to tonight #OTalk where we will be having what I hope will be an interesting discussion around the reality of using evidence based OT interventions. Don’t forget to add the #OTalk to your tweets!
Susan Griffiths @SusanGriffiths5
Here is the first question: What evidence-based interventions are you currently using in practice? #OTalk @OTalk_
#OTalk @OTalk_
@colourful_ot ...and always use the #OTalk tag so that your Tweets are easier to keep track of and for us to add to our transcript! @OTalk_ Not to be controversial, but not sure how I feel about this topic? I would imagine it would for the same reasons any other gender would want to be an OT? Imagine if there was a discussion around ‘Why women want to be engineers/astronauts etc?’ There would be an uproar. #OTalk.

@ElliwHughesOT If you google "women in STEM" I think it's actually something that's talked about quite a lot, I think normally it's just phrased in the inverse way ("how can we stop driving women away?") rather than how this #OTalk is approaching it ("how can we can draw more men in?") 😁
