The majority of my experiences throughout uni and placements have been female leadership, but I have seen the word 'dominated' used here and there which to me implies there isn't a space for other voices #OTalk |

The past year has highlighted so many inequalities and it can be very disheartening to observe criticism of others when those inequalities in many cases are so visible at the moment. #OTalk |
