Molly Harris @mollharrisOT
@margaretOT360 Late to #OTalk tonight as I was having my eyelashes done 😂 As a NQOT in my service I had supervision every two weeks lasting 90 mins, now it is every 4-6 weeks, but I have a fantastic supervisor and we often catch up for informal supervision in the office as much as we can
Molly Harris @mollharrisOT
@margaretOT360 Having a good relationship with my supervisor and being able to talk openly and honestly, receiving feedback, having my clinical reasoning being challenged and helping me to develop decision making skills #OTalk
Molly Harris @mollharrisOT
@margaretOT360 It helps me to organise and prioritise work/caseload, think about my clinical reasoning, develop confidence in different clinical areas and figure out other areas of learning and discuss case studies that may be a current challenge #OTalk
