@LotusPetalPND @PNDandMe I had and still have on occasion those symptoms. It's awful I sometimes see black spots to and feel faint. I had a time where I wouldnt leave the house as I thought someone would snatch her. #pndhour

I always over react, if something goes wrong I get angry or frantic and upset. It's like I can't relax enough to function properly. If that makes sense. Then it's like I explode and I'm a mess. #PNDHour

I write things down when it gets to much, get the thought out of my head. I listen to music, if we are shopping or sing nursery rhymes. I watch a box set. I clean to keep busy. Not gr8 I know. Breathing Excercise. CBT Excercise #PNDHour

I was once told to imagine a box and put my thoughts into the box and seal it. Tie a bow around it. Now imagine putting the box on the shelf. It's worked for me once or twice. Depending on how bad I feel. 💚 #PNDHour

@SarahCurtis2000 @eviecanavan @PNDandMe Totally relate to that. What motherhood turned out to be, was not what I thought it was going to be. I felt trapped, exhausted, angry, sad, tense, despondent & alone. Like I was always on the edge. #PNDHour

@eviecanavan I felt similar. Awful isn’t it. That panicked realisation it’s forever, & you can’t walk away. There is no escape! I wasn’t expecting to have those feelings when I became a mum. This made it worse because I was also eaten up with guilt for not loving motherhood. #PNDHour
