[REDACTED USER] After I left the MBU I had a routine of going to three or four regular classes a week, swimming, massage etc I found having something to focus on helped, I also factored in a walk every day, sometimes twice #pndhour

I’ve always had a good bedtime routine but when I’m ill I make it stricter, bed by 9:30pm, meds and horlicks/cocoa before bed, sometimes a bath, I also get up at a fairly regular time now too which I think helps #PNDHour

[REDACTED USER] [REDACTED USER] I got a bit obsessed with getting a feeding/changing/napping routine ‘right’ in the early days, not sure how much of that was to do with my illness but it became less of a problem #pndhour

[REDACTED USER] [REDACTED USER] I have me time factored in on my weekly schedule as a kind of relapse prevention measure, sometimes I feel bad about it but I know it’s super important that I look after myself and stay well #pndhour

[REDACTED USER] [REDACTED USER] The health visitor made me feel bad about my feeding routine as well, I kept a record at home as I had in the MBU so I showed her and she made me feel terrible it wasn’t spot on, never showed her again #pndhour
