| Tim Grutzius @holisticff @TruthPathing I lived undiagnosed for many years, and when your in the moment of a trigger it is hard to recognize the behavior as being wrong, regrettable, etc. It will take others to bring it to your attention. In the case of a narcissist, they may never see being wrong. #ptsdchat |
