Lots of changes in the environment, and a growing inpatient caseload due to additional beds, and a geographically wider spread of wards to cover as a team #physiotalk |

| Justine Musiime - MSc MPH MCSP @JustineMusiime @physiotalk It is not easy, because I had applied for that job because I was 'rehab oriented'. It is hard when you have to leave them with exercises, knowing that you wont be able to review them and progress them onto the next level. #physiotalk |

We will be approaching care homes and introducing a new service to support them, having MDT meetings with GPs & the carehomes, supporting carehome residents who are 'complex' with multiple comorbidities, I see it is all of them! #physiotalk |

I believe even if I am not the 'leader' by virtue of position, I can still be able to contribute towards being supportive of fellow members of the team, but also think outside the box to support the service to function better. #physiotalk |
