We have organisations like @LaterLifeTrain training exercise instructors who can continue the rehab in the community once patients have been discharged by therapists, but these instructors are few. #physiotalk |

Equipment gets issued & the hope is that the patient can self refer once more confident & happy to progress. Pt get used to the equipment & the review never happens. #physiotalk |
