And the biggest thing has been support from @mrpaulcmorris @JackyCopping to do this & value the worth it βmightβ bring. 12 months of foundation building & trust is leading to great results. Itβs hard work but so worth it. |

Iβm finding the support & enthusiasm is there to make this happen, including pathways, but truly embedded that, not as an extra, is the final (very tough) hurdle. Canβt imagine how tough it is in places without buy-in from Trusts. |

Avis work will be submitted to CSP Conference & Helen is leading a paper which Abi will be one of the co-authors π€ |
