| BHRUT_SLT @BHRUT_SLT @ReSNetSLT Whether that be sharing your ideas / knowledge so they are aware of what you're trying to implement and can support or implementing the change jointly with the MDT - you need everyone on board for long lasting change in practice #ReSNetSLT |
| BHRUT_SLT @BHRUT_SLT @ReSNetSLT But sometimes in SLT it's hard to evaluate change for really specific things i.e. did this change reduce chest infections, shorten admission, impact QoL etc - as always so many other contributing factors #ReSNetSLT |
