A separate space would allow nurses who don't want to get involved in these convos can get on with their Twitter. And those who want to join in can still follow. #wenurses |

| Tired Kiwi nurse @tiredkiwinurse @WeNurses I think as long as there is a clear succession plan and staggered cohort then it should be sustainable. The trouble would be if it was restricted to only certain year levels of study. Or could get nurse to help support and mentor. #wenurses |

So I'd say reasonable to include other groups. We've got a lot to learn from each other. #wenurses |
