We have to create self-efficacy in different ways by promoting other needed attributes of role #WeNurses |

It is difficult to after this though when nursing itself wants to hold onto the ‘hallowed’ role- it is nice to be told how caring, kind etc you are...it becomes the language of the job, rather than clever, articulate, organisational, skilled etc #WeNurses |

The business has been privatised mostly in Germany and owners are squeezing the money out of the system and fighting fair wages for #nurses. So many are leaving that there are ideas to qualify nurse-assistants within 188 hours so they count as nurses. #WeNurses |
