This is MY office, I have the comfiest chair in the room. Or it's our ward, we know all the ins and outs, and routines. Space alone disempowers, and we need to actively counter that. #WeNurses |

| Mikey Brenndorfer NP 🏴 @mikeythenurse @WeNurses I think the first thing to understand is that policy is enacted on the front-lines. It's up to us how those policies are actually applied, and that allows power sharing even when a policy is designed in a specifically one-sided way. #WeNurses |
