A2: The big adjustment has been all four of us in one house, teleworking and not going to school! Personally, I have found that my step count at work is really hard to duplicate at home in my neighborhood! #dsma

#dsma A2 Limiting trips outside. Why? Trying to reduce potential exposure. The 2-person limit per car in the elevators in my 20-story bldg. is a bit of choke point. I can walk down stairs, but security locks prevent walking up.

A3: You have to separate work and home life. Set hours and stick to them as much as you can. If you don’t have a dedicated office, straighten up your workspace each day before you’re done, otherwise it’s too easy to jump back into working. #dsma

It's going well at home. I have a great boss who had this day planned log ago. I am proud of my employer for their hard work making sure our student do not go without meals. I also make sure i get up and walk at least every hour. #dsma

Q3: the hospital has been eerily quiet. Less staff. Less patients. I miss hearing babies crying or toddlers screaming the waiting room. Or a random one escaping from their parents and us chasing them down. #dsma
